Easy to reorder
The website is user-friendly and it is easy to reorder. However, I have been a customer for many years, but you never have my lenses in stock which is quite annoying.

Shout out to Sophie in customer services who arranged a second expedited order when mine had been delayed. She was quick at responding and followed on by ensuring my lenses had arrived on time.
The lenses are great, but return custom will be based on this excellent service.

Quick efficient service

Good Service
Service is usually good, however, the past year and a bit, I could rarely find the contacts I needed.
It seems every time I try to order my regular brand, they are out of stock with only the more expensive options available.
Otherwise, service and pricing are reasonable

Quick and easy to re order
Ordered easy enough expected delivery was a couple of weeks as they weren’t in stock but actually arrived within a week so happy to get them earlier (as I had left if last minute despite the reminder)
